We use thermal imaging when we carry out our inspections. It is important to us that we use all tools available to assist in identifying possible termite issues. Thermal Imaging assists in identifying temperature variance in surfaces that are scanned such as hot or cold spots that may be caused by termites, water leaks, rodents, snakes or a number of other things. Whilst termites may not be the cause of the thermal anomalies, further investigation of the thermal results can rule out termites and may reveal potential conducive factors that can be rectified to reduce the likelihood of termite attack.

It is a non-invasive method that provides extra assurance on top of the visual inspection carried out by our meticulous technicians.
